I am a qualified and experienced English teacher with a strong background in teaching GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level English Language and Literature. Having led English as a Head of Department and worked extensively in both classroom and online settings, I bring a structured, supportive approach to tutoring.
My lessons are focused on developing students’ confidence, clarity of expression, and deeper understanding of texts, while also equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in exams. I adapt each session to the individual, whether that means strengthening core literacy skills, refining essay technique, or stretching high-achieving students towards top grades.
Alongside my teaching experience, I have worked in EdTech supporting schools and students internationally, which has strengthened my ability to deliver engaging, effective online lessons.
