I have a robust academic background, having completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with Higher Level classes in Psychology, English Language and Literature, and Japanese and standard level classes in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. With over 4 years of experience in teaching and tutoring roles, including private tutoring for GCSE and IB subjects such as Combined Sciences, English Language and Literature, Japanese, Psychology, Chemistry, and Biology, I am confident in my ability to assist students in achieving their goals. My tutoring approach is interactive and engaging, aimed at enhancing both understanding and self-confidence among students.
Having taught for several years, I am aware of the evolving educational curriculums and structure my lessons to align with these changes. I strongly believe that every student has the potential to excel academically when taught in a way that best suits their individual learning style. My systematic approach to lessons involves starting with fundamental concepts and progressively tackling more complex topics, ensuring a solid grasp of the material through constant practice with past papers.
My international background, having lived in Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong, London, and Southampton, has equipped me with strong adaptability and excellent communication skills. These experiences enable me to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and address their unique educational needs effectively.
