Hello, I’m Amanda, a qualified UK Primary Teacher with a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with over seven years of experience supporting and teaching children in primary education.
I am passionate about helping children develop confidence, enjoy learning, and reach their full potential. I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s individual needs, learning style, and pace. Whether your child needs support with building strong foundations, catching up, preparing for assessments, or gaining confidence in a particular subject, I provide patient, encouraging, and engaging lessons.
I have experience teaching English, Mathematics, and Science across the primary curriculum, as well as supporting children with SEND and different learning abilities. My lessons are creative, well-structured, and focused on making learning enjoyable while ensuring clear progress.
As a teacher, I believe that positive relationships are at the heart of successful learning. I create a warm and supportive environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their achievements.
