Hi! I’m Isaac, a Computer Science student at the University of Birmingham with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping students reach their potential.
I achieved A grades in A-Level Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics and Chemistry, and I understand how challenging certain topics can feel when they aren’t explained in a way that makes sense to you.
As an experienced tutor, I aim to make lessons engaging, supportive and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable steps, building a strong understanding of the fundamentals and developing the confidence students need to tackle unfamiliar questions independently.
Whether we’re working through challenging exam questions, revisiting topics from class or preparing for upcoming assessments, I adapt my teaching to suit each student’s pace and learning style. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique, problem-solving and understanding why a method works, rather than simply memorising answers.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them become more confident, independent learners who feel capable of achieving their goals.
