I am a tutor with 3 years of experience across various age groups, ranging from Y8-Y13. I love Maths, but I enjoy teaching it even more!
Having studied IB Higher Level Maths at school, I was lucky enough to gain a deep and broad understanding of Maths. This has allowed me to effectively tutor A Level Maths to students from all over the world!
Over the past year, I have taught Y12 Maths students in 1-to-1 classes and I also led a Y13 group class. The latter was a weekly class focussed on improving the Applied Maths skills of the 4 students, who each sat distinct exam boards (OCR, AQA, Edexcel, Edexcel International). Accommodating the slightly different syllabi of these exam boards was challenging at times, but I believe overcoming these hurdles this past year has only made me a better A Level Maths tutor!
